Hello,

ePER says the same as well ;)

In the 4th picture the sunroof is all the way back. Maybe that is why is looks bigger.

The color of your GTV is beautiful Thanos!

Is it Vela Blue?

How are the brakes? :D

Edit: I see now that the car is grey! Stunning color anyway! :)

Totally mist this post, car is looking great!

What about the 355 brakes?

I still have the 355 rotors...

The problem with those is that they wont fit behind the 17inch wheels that I have with the winter tires.

Maybe next summer  ;)

The brakes are just awesome.

They are never getting tired even after lots of braking from 200kmh to 60kmh.

It is a great feeling that you get when you brake too late and hard to get an exit from the Autobahn.

Nice car Thanos  ! Stopping can be exciting also :D you know it  ;) . I see that you have stayed with the original red color of calipers, that was my opinion considering the color of your car :) . You have used discs from later GTAs and OEM Porsche pads, right?

Thanks!

The calipers are in a great condition so I decided to keep them with the original color.

The only problem is the "p" word on them :P

You remember right,

the discs are 330x32 from late GTA or 3.2 GT and the pads are OEM Porsche.

I am really happy with them at the moment! I see no point in using the 355 discs... only for the looks maybe.

Yes I have thought about that... ;)

But there are more important things to do for now... I need new tires and a Q2.. or Quaife

About the sticker on the caliper,

Give us some info about the turbo B). Is it brand new or second hand? I have something in mind about the model  ^_^ .

So you are on performance side of upgrading of the car, welcome to the club  :D  and good luck ;) . The most important is to be satisfied by the car in the end  :) .

I think is good idea differential to be changed before power upgrade, but it is costly upgrade.

About the calipers stickers, what temperatures did you reach?

Yeap, it is the one you have in mind Kunev B)

Second hand. but the turbine is in a great condition and it really looks like new.

http://turbochargerspecs.blogspot.co.at/2012/09/garrett-gt28r-gt2860r-55-trim-310-hp.html

The differential must be changed. I have driven a V6 TB Q2 this summer and I really loved it!

The problem is that the only mechanical that I trust in Austria is specialized in BMWs and he drives a Subaru Impreza...

Believe it or not there is NO tuner with good experience in my area.

so I am not sure who is gonna be the tuner of my GTV yet... the only sure is that he is not gonna be an austrian.

I still need fuel injectors, fuel pump, intercooler (maybe a water to air)... and the most important a new ECU.

The goal is 270hp...

Well.. any advice about the injectors and the intercooler is welcome!

First just a little correction to the info in the link. In the title is mentioned GT28R and known with this short name is another Garrett turbocharger - GT2560R.

For such project will be needed nor ordinary car mechanic. In short someone with experience with such custom installation and who can made custom things. Maybe you have to try to find someone like my friend which made exhaust systems and other specific weldings or simply to give your car to some reputable tuner (it don't have to be world famous with big expensive garage). Maybe you will go to Germany (if there isn't option for you in Austria).

When recently my friend who will work on my car looked it closely he sad that it will not be easy and cheap. All bolts on turbo and exhaust are very corroded on my car (normally for its age and their place). There isn't much space for bigger turbo.

For injectors it depends also on the ECU which you will use. For high impedance injectors one step forward is from 166 3.0/Punto GT 0280150701 ~240cc/min. But my advice is to go for bigger one.

For intercooler there is two main types - tube and fins and bar and plate. Each of them have it positive and negative sides. If it is not big one it will be easy to be mounted under the bumper. If the front bar is not cut it have to be low. Cutting inside of the bumper will depend on the width and depth. There are cheap chinese intercoolers and good brands that are not cheap. For our model something like this as design will be "easiest" to install in my opinion.

For replacing ECU, if it have to be the cheapest option - Megasquirt. There is many options, but it is not cheap and also depends on who will be installing and tuning. I think Link ECU is good in price-quality . If you want sequential injection and ignition this will be very expensive for your 6 cylinder motor.

Some updates..

The turbo charger was checked by specialist and it is fine.

I was a bit worried because I bought it from ebay so I am very happy with the good news :)

This Garrett is a direct replacement for a Nissan Skyline R34 so inlet and outlet adaptors are needed in order to fit silicone hoses.

Kinugawa has some  quality products:

Is the aeromotive a good and safe brand for fuel pomps? I was searching for different fuel pomps... Does it come from ebay too? :)
