66 posts in this topic

I would like present my GTV 3.2 V6 24V from 2004 in Black metallescente.

I bought the bella on decembre 2010 and it had 65'000km, now 78'000km.

From there, was the Alfa always maintened and slightly modified to my liking.

The 3.2 GTV is really very nice to drive. Not too aggressive, but also not to underestimate.

This is my second GTV but now I'm really in love with this car...

Here the modification since her:

- Side indicators in black

- Xenonlook low beam and LED position lights

- Red glazed rear light

- Radio Alpine CDA RM 111 with iPod/iPhone connection in the armrest

- Bass controler on the centre console

- Knee pilow in red leather

- Plastic door pocket replaced with leather door pockets

- Shift boot and Handbreak boot in black leather and red stitching

- Shift knb 'Marano nero S'

- Autodelta air filter

- Direkt intake

- Cup centre tube and Biscione Racing (Ragazzon) rear silencer -> What a Sound!!

- KW coilovers (not yet been set lower)

- Aluminum strut brace - Wiechers

- Repaired Zender Siena Wheels and polished edge

- brake caliper in gold whit red Brembo sticker

To be done soon:

- Zender Siena 8x18 with 8mm spacer on the front and 12mm on the rear

- Suspension set down adapted to Siena's

- fit Autodelta side skirt

I'll let the pictures speak and I hope you like it.

@Afrosrodos: Ohhh Yes, I am very satisfied! The KW in connection with the strut brace give a very good driving dynamic. The suspension is not too hard but very directly.

A really fantastic drive feeling. I recommend it to you.

Thanky you charlee

Ha! I asked the same question! :) It's a color but maybe a bit too thick?

yes, maybe is too thick. But the light shines through even good.

I bought the rear light so. I'm going to try maybe to make something thinner.

I used the same paint but mine doesn't look like that :) Yours is cool that way :)

I sprayed a couple of layers of clearcoat on top and polished it afterwards.

Very good car, clean and shiny with good upgrades  .

What model is your KW coilover kit - variant 1 or variant 2?

What is the diameter of the exhaust tip?

:) Thanks to all!

The KW is Variant 1.

Combinet with the strut brace it's pure fun!

Exhaust is 90mm - Biscione Racing (by Ragazzon)

With the centre pipe whitout silencer is it loud, so very loud... So very very loud! :)

I have to correct me. I have KW1 on the front and K2 to the rear (adjusted for normal road conditions)
The KW is against the original suspension, more comfortable.
It’s not soooo hard but still not spongy.

In combination with the strut brace you feel not much lateral inclination, also in hard curves.
The car remains stable as long as the tires allow that.

The steering is very good and directly

The KW is effectively the best I could do on my GTV.

Since then is driving simply beautiful. Comfortable and very directly if need.

The rear axle is not adjustable. On the rear axle KW use Koni Shocks and (possibly self-produced) lowering springs.

I can only recommend it.

Did you drive the car with strut brace and without coilovers. Strut brace have very big effect on Spider, but on GTV ... I think Paso have wrote that he don't feel any difference with it.

How you make V1 on the front and V2 on the rear :hmm: . And another good thing about KW coilovers is that they are with INOX shock housing  B) (with exception of one base model, not available for GTV/Spider I think).

So you drive only with muffler and without any silencer  :o , that is a racing setup :D . I'm sure that this is loud! Did you have some problem with the police ... and neighbors.

I feel the difference with the strut brace. Not big, but the lateral inclination is minimal.

I bought a occasion coilover (only 500km) by KW. They was mounted by a client that not like the KW1.

So he bought a KW2, but he change it only on the front.

So I have a KW1 on the front and KW2 on the rear. (Only for 750€ :D )

Yes, the Police is not so happy about the muffler without silencer..... -.-
