Charlee,

I have never ever seen such a disaster that we still call a GTV.

It looks like some sort of bad excuse for a Taxi.

No no no no

Alan

I have a special folder in my GTV archive for unfortunate cases of GTV abuse! ;)

No, it's painful. I'll publish them only from time to time, so that we can handle it! :)

Yes yes we do need to see more.

Terrible ?

I did see a GTV with a rear spoiler half the size of the boot on the back of the car !

I emailed him to say that it looked as if he had stuck the spoiler from a "Airfix" kit on it.

Thats a scale model company for those who don't know.

He was not best pleased.

He thought it looked great !!!

Something like this?

It's not only aesthetic problem, it's a logical problem! GTV as FWD car is understeer prone, so the rear wing on Cup kit is not a downforce spoiler of course, but aerodynamic one. And this monster spoiler is of a downforce type so it's silly to have it on a street GTV - even the original Alfa Cup Racing series for a race track use is set without a downforce spoiler!

I remember the red one on eBay a couple of month back. It had a tiny rear spoiler. Looked hilarious :happy0045:

Have you or anyone on the Forum got a picture of this saved.

I remember it well and did email the seller and asked if he had got the spoiler from a model car airfix kit !

He emailed me back and told me to FxxK off !!
