Cool. It's by far the nicest front spoiler. My plan was to fit a V6 front bumper and try to find a V6 Aero lip, but your Spider looks so good like that that you have almost changed my mind for me...        

 

 

So... I've been down this road before 

The Zender one seems to work well without the factory side skirts and rear bumper, which is necessary. Changing those too is a deal breaker.

I don't know how they managed to raise the top speed 10km/h with a aero kit, but they did. This GTV (with the front lip) is a 3l 24V and had the rear wing as well, but the owner removed it. I'm fine without any aerokit on mine.

I think it's not 10 km/h... only 6 km/h... 242 is without and 248 with the kit.
