Hello from Rijeka!

Hi fellow Alfisti!

I am an Alfa owner for a long time. I was one of the very active members on (www.gtv6.com) until the shutdown some years ago. It was a superb community, very focused on GTV/Spider 916 series and I hope we can recreate that here on Squadra 916.

My first Alfa was an Alfa 33 1.5 Quadrifoglio Oro:

My love since 2003 is a modifed GTV 3.0 V6 24V:

I use it as a weekend drive, for business trips and from time to time for a trackday on our Grobnik racetrack nearby city of Rijeka:

My everyday drive is an Alfa 156 1.9 JTD "bianca polare":

I'll try to check this forum on daily basis. Looking forward to meet new Alfa enthusiasts!

Greetings from sunny Rijeka, Croatia! smile.gif

That GTV looks great.

I must admit to loving the Teledial wheels but your wheels look wonderful.

Hard to clean ??

@Alan - not so hard to clean, and maybe I am thinking so because I had OZ Superturismo before and they were nightmare to clean! :)

@Goethe, oh, they are everywhere... even someone used that as a photo for a Wikipedia entry about GTV:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Alfa_GTV.jpg

They are very light, very sturdy, very racing style, great to drive, but in my opinion not ideal choice visually for a GTV. They look fine on this photo, but when you look at them from an angle, they are really too sharp and blocky for subtle and fluent GTV lines. IMHO the best 5 spoke design for GTVs are those on Franco's black beauty.

I have never found a "real" Gtv with these on.
