I have make a check with the pad part number and look like there isn't any "cheap" option and only performance pads. This part number is from Ferrodo. Only "exotic" calipers use such pads - Alcon, AP Racing, Coleman, Rotora (link).

Probably every alfista is waiting for something like this from some time, but nothing really happen with Alfa Romeo from some years (except 4C). Until I see something real, don't believe .

After I start communication with previous owner of the car I bought one book Here I will mention that last year a friend of mine bring me one book from USA. Then was my Lancer Evo period . Such books are nice buy. There is very good books by Guy Croft about tuning of twin cam engines, but they are very expensive.

Great car with so many good mods and special color , simply complete car! With so many changes to the car I'm sure it is completely different car . Do you know what brake pads this caliper use and more specific does they are same as on some other standard car? And what about the engine management, custom remap or untouched ECU?

Welcome here Ligar . Your car really shine. Is it recently resprayed? The car have some nice mods . Have you think about sport dampers or you are happy with OE quality. Look like you are audiophile, so your advices can be very useful. There is car audio section in the forum. Personally I don't like red painted wheels, but everybody have taste .

To be honest it's a little hard to me understand you, but with time your English will become better . I know a company that sell many parts for many cars and also TB - mister auto . They have office in Bulgaria and I have ordered distributor and rotor for GTV TB.

I'm not a fan of american cars, but the Corvette look nice and it is not a ordinary car. It is probably a big fun on the highway and straight country roads Does it have a head-up display? And if yes, what you think about this feature? Good luck with the sale of the Spider.

Thanks for the congratulations ! I have wanted a car with more tuning potential and four wheel drive from some time. This is the only "alfa" that fit in my requirements in my opinion (I put alfa in quotes, because this car is more lancia ). I have wanted some other well known in tuning scene cars from time to time. I have Impreza WRX STI "blob eye", Sierra Cosworth, Delta Integrale, Lancer Evo 7-9 periods before . These cars have probably more tuning potential than the Q4, but that is one requirement. And they are more expensive. Also I wanted the car to be a little more rare and special. And there is already many fast from these models, but fast alfas (I mean really fast), not many. Honestly I want a Integrale Evo, but the requested price for them are in the sky. So end up with this exact car after some months of communication with the owner and arranging transportation. If I haven't bought this exact car I think that wouldn't buy just another nice Q4. And it look like I really like blue cars . And now have two blue alfas - GTV TB Q2 and 155 Q4. That is good and complete team in my opinion .

Thanks Filip for the info about the weight of wheels . About "new season" for the car. The start wasn't so good. The engine was running very bad after start on two getting out of the car in the period of "winter sleep". And probably not so surprisingly, it don't wanted to start at the moment of leaving the winter garage and starting of active season for the car. The walbro fuel pump was installed at that moment, because of previous problem of not starting after stopping at fuel station with low fuel in the tank. The Walbro and standard installation kit was almost as original replacement part . And with using of another fuel filter with more appropriate shape for the "basket" it look like factory assembly. Unfortunately I don't have picture of this installation. And after all this was planed upgrade. After some inspections was found that there is problem with distributor cap. After some cleaning of the electrodes engine starts and work normally. So new distributor cap and rotor arm have to be ordered. After some misunderstanding with this car mechanic in my home town, we both have bought distributor cap and rotor. So now I have one Bosch distributor cap and one Beru rotor arm as spares. If someone have problem with finding these parts for his TB, I can help him. And another new old problem have arise - speedometer. New gear on sensor was installed and this time I was promised that this time will be last repairing for this problem. I really hope so. The brake disc was skimmed on vehicle with Pro Cut machine. I have mentioned this on another brake topic here, so will see this in the near future. But tuning project for the car will be delayed. This year for sure. This is because one big surprise, which will be presented soon . And sorry again for the long post to all of you who have patience to read it all . I have to write more frequently .

Wow 20k miles, it is amost new! Here is a link to topic in the forum about useful link -> link. There is one TS specific problem that comes to mind - variator. The engine sound like a diesel, you can search for some video. Another specific for the TS engine (from where comes this name) are the spark plugs. They are 8, two on cylinder - one "big" and one "small". Good joke about bodywork .

A real enthusiast . Owning of Alfa there probably is big adventure. Welcome to the forum. But the good thing is that you will be unique . It is interesting to me, how americans look at this car. Shipping of parts will be expensive, but did you have to pay some additional tax (depending of price or on some other criteria)? There is topic on the forum with sites for Alfa Romeo parts, you probably have found it.
