Everytime I have wet pants. First the dark GT wheels, then the blank OZ's. After that came the BBS wheels. Now these lovely 4C wheels. You owe me some new jeans Joris. I have ruined 4 pairs now.

I like the fact that the model does not look so dated. A pretty boring but timeless design. I have more staring eyes in this, then I ever had in the Spider. I am awaiting some essential parts for the Alfa 75. So I bought this for some fun. I am going to Denmark next weekend, and for sure I will take this old Saab. Buy one! You will not be disappointed. These engines are easy to tune.

In a straight line it is a great car. Around corners, not so much. On twisty roads, a 2.0 TB or 3.0 V6 will be just as quick, this Saab needs all the horses to catch up with you after a few corners. The interior is not so nice, so much hard plastic. I just loved the look of this 900. I also like the fact how drivers look in their rear view mirror when they see this old girl is so hard to shake off.

Tomorrow I will take some combined pictures of the GTV and the Saab. That way it will be Squadra916 worthy.

Actually it is a 900 with the 9-3 front and rear. The wheels are 18 Inch. Thanks for the link. Interesting reading.

Good question. I asked myself that question. What to buy. I will take some pictures tomorrow. Maybe you can tell me. Otherwise I will have to phone Hirsch.

The brake shoes say Hirsch Performance. They work pretty good.

Today I had some fun with the Saab, fitted a 2DIN audio headunit I had sitting around. New air filter, some fresh oil. And off course a polish ;-) The torque steer in this thing is absurd, when the turbo kicks in, it is both hands on the wheel, Otherwise you will end up on the curb.

Off course I need some of these on my car.

Holy crap. It looks even better then I imagined. I will go outside and stand in the rain to cool down. My heart rate is through the roof.

My seats are back from upholstery in a week or so. I have re upholstered them in the original GTV style. Excellent seats with more bucket shape.

Fronts are narrower on the 4C. I love these wheels. The most amazing spider just got better.

You have to re wire them to your fuse box if I remember correctly. Far from plug and play. Joris will know, he equipped his car with these seats.

The 900 drives excellent. I would not mind the latest generation 9-3 convertible. A very cool car. Seats 4 people and some great engines. I

I have recently purchased a stunning GTV in France. 2001 and only 32000 km, full service history. She is Alfa Rosso with black leather. My planning for the coming month : 18 Inch Sienna wheels Custom made exhaust with a butterfly valve Cup kit Lowering the suspension VW Golf R32 style Recaro bucket seats ( converted to Alfa with embroided logo and new style leather ) Custom dials Black centre panel Xenon conversion Work starts next week, when I recieve my Dutch registration number and can get the plates made. I will keep this topic updated every now and then. Off course with detailed pictures.

Bullcrap. Everyone can modify to their own taste, without receiving a hammering. If someone's modifications are not to my taste, I do not reply to the thread. That is why I like Squadra so much. The tone is friendly and respectful.

Sine today I have a Dutch registration number. We can drive! This weekend me and my mate will take the GTV and the Saab to the Maasvlakte and make some HD movie clips. The GTV is going to the bodyshop on monday. For the cup kit and some detailing. The tyres are wrapped around the Sienna's. So mid next week, my plans will take some shape. Lowering is planned for next weekend.

Off go the Hirsch wheels, on go the BBS wheels. Black on black for the bad ass look.

I just love the Peugeot. That is just the best looking French car ever! I love it from every angle. The RZ is just insane. High on my " must have bought before I die" list.

To my knowledge, a Garrett TB28 is used and not the TD04.

I also had to learn from YouTube. Maybe I change the wheels for steel wheels with wheel covers. Fit normal bumpers and make it boring. Then amaze everyone with the power.
