    Hi everyone, My name is John and I currently live in Athens, Greece. I've been a huge admirer of the 916 series since it first came out some 30 years ago. Family and professional circumstances have prevented me from buying one in the past (though, on countless occasions, I have come very close to pulling the trigger on a whim). Fortunately these circumstances have now changed which means that I'm about to treat myself to one for my coming birthday in December! I really look forward to your advice and suggestions as this site has proven to be a treasure trove of info for all current and prospective owners (as a long time lurker, I would know).
