  1. Alfa Romeo owner in it's natural habitat...

Hihi...not really, I always have had the feeling that if I want to be sure of to get from point A to B and back, then I have to to drive the Alfa.
  2. GTV V6 TB aka Shewolf

Damn, I was thinking of doing something similar with my butt.....but now I'm forced to think something different, anyhow what a nice butt you have, clean and well contracted.
  3. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Try any of the below pictures .... then he must believe in everything you say.
  4. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Cool...a Biltema bracket that have been used?
  5. Turbo Brutale

    Hørebøffer ? (Hearing protection)
  6. Turbo Brutale

I use it + a endmuffler and my ears are still attached to the head , as Filip says the turbo itself acts to some extent as a silencer.
  7. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Hi Filip, I was not quite sure if I remembered correctly (long since I touched a TS) so when I got home I measured up a TB shock absorber I had laying around. The measurements is not exact but close enough for you to be able to determine if it differs in bolt spacing. Distance between bolt hole centers: 74mm Distance between the upper bolt hole center and the center line of the shock absorber: 50mm Distance between lower bolt hole center and the center line of the shock absorber: 65mm Measure your shock absorber and you should be able to determine if ALFADUDENs proposal of using sleeves will work.
  8. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Filip be aware that the wheel upright differ between TB and TS so TB front shocks will not be a straight fit, M10 holes needs to be drilled (M12 on TB) with different spacing between the holes than what the TB have, the mounting bracket on the shocks that fits the wheel upright are 25mm wide on TS and 35mm wide on TB so 2 x 5mm spacers need to be made.
  9. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Go for it !.. Filip needs your FK coilovers.
  10. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Naah...! The company we know (I do not mention the name so Thanos don't get grumpy ) has a simple solution to the height problem, the one we talked about in ALFADUDENs thread.
  11. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

    What's up ...........just a thought.
  12. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Maybe the reason why your car leans backward.
  13. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Ohh...and I that thought it was some sort of dynamic weight balancing of the car.
  14. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Could perhaps be a small sign that your radiator is getting a bit tired, think that a TS tends to be rather steady at 90C, but check that the fan kick in somewhere between that point and the next marker.
  15. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

Around 95 C, nothing dangerous, do you have this temp when the car is stationary (idle)/running slow or when you have a little more speed (higher rpm), does the radiator fan switch on somewhere around that temp?
  16. Filip's GTV TS Clubsport project

@ The grooved area represents 1 L, yes? - Yes. What a lovely cerise (RGB 222,49,99) color you have on the back of the car.
  17. The life and loves of an Alfa Spider 3.0 V6 owner

Lovely car you have , regarding the empty plastic tank on the intake do a search on Helmholtz resonator, it's a device to tune the intake sound or performance or for both aspects.
  18. GTV 2.0 V6 TB Q2 competizione ... maybe ...

Teledials is maybe more suited for the purpose in the picture?
  19. Mini GTV V6 meet

    No no ..Novitec front lip
  20. Mini GTV V6 meet

Drool , I love those erected bonnets.
  21. First spin 2014

Managed to get rid of the cats on the the car, the car was dirty and with faded front badge but got to meet the road for the first time this year...and damn what a great car the TB is to drive.
  22. First spin 2014

Yes you are absolutely right PASO, sadly OE badges are of shoddy quality, I changed min a few years ago and already it is quite faded (and we do not have much sun in Sweden ) so I will try the same idee that Filip presented in another thread, vinyl wrap and see how it works.
  23. First spin 2014

With the badge I have the same plans that you but first I have to fix/"upgrade" rear brakes (brake discs getting too thin) I've made some assumptions that I have to check if they are correct before I elaborate on the plan but if my assumption holds tight it will be a bit bigger brakes at the rear. Otherwise, the car is a rolling project where I'm testing some different ideas as they pop up. Was out on a second spin today and the car drove well until I hit a part of road where a farmer accidentally had dumped 10T of manure ...I am glad I have an Q2, so the car was dirty before but now was it covered with stinky gunk ....heading straight to a car wash (next customer must wonder what in hell is wrong with the car wash, as it really stunk in it afterward) so now the car is clean.
