  1. With mechanic issues sorted (regular service and suspension work), it is time to fix some rust issues. The car was hit in the right flank in the past, the bodywork was not repaired properly, so it's time to do something about it. Everything should be done during next week.

  2. I bought it a few days ago. It's by no means in a showroom condition, but that doesn't concern me at all. With a little love, work and some money it will be transformed in a classy daily driver for my wife. There's alot of work to be done in the following weeks: oil service, belts and water pump, some suspension work, sorting of electric gremlins, and the interior needs some TLC.  The engine runs smoothly, there's no sign of a faulty variator. If everything works out OK, the car will also be resprayed in autumn.

  3. The thing is that most of the Gtv's on sale in Croatia are old and have high mileage, but cost allmost double. This one looks decent on pictures. Lpg and Gtv are totally illogical combo IMHO, but there are quite some cars with lpg conversion.

  4. About those Vectra comparisons... In a episode od Top Gear Clarckson speaks about Saab, and why the brand was sold by GM. It seems that they modified the original Vectra base so much that it had very little similarities with Vectra. Everything was improved and that sort od behavior did not contributed to cost-saving policy.

  5. About those headlight washers. I presume you want to use the nozzles from BMW e39 series? Those nozzles are small and they don't retract, which makes them easy to install. But, I'm not sure that you can adjust the spraying angle so that the water can spray directly on the headlights.
