The new heater is installed and wired. I still need to wire the temp sensor as I can't dismantle the mirror, damn bolts. I will have to drill them out, so it's a minor setback.
The heater is installed along with the new crossmember and everything fits nicely. Still need to bolt on the steering column support.
Then... testing time
I won't have aircon yet as I need to find P2 TB pipework, but heating should work fine.When I pick up the dash, I will cover it in leather. What colour? Red or black with red stitching? Can't decide...

Can anyone with a P2 916 please check the location of the outside temp sensor? Is it on the right (passenger) side mirror?
New server and problems with the forum

Just to add that the forum is responsive now, which means that the design responds to the device it is used on. No need for mobile themes which are semi-funcional or using Tapatalk (we will continue to support Tapatalk, no worries). People are mostly browsing the web from their mobile devices nowadays.
Also, now it's much easier to upload images and other media into posts.
If you need any help, let me know.
