Mmm. I have been looking at eBay recently. Funny that you should mention 166s... I thought about buying one as a daily runabout, they cost very little in the UK. You get a lot of car for your money. I'm not sure that I like the front end styling, but the side and rear are wonderful...

Lovely SW!

It's amazing how a lowered suspension, some nice big OEM wheels and a bit of TLC can make such a 15yo design stand out!

Toxy your 156SW is amazing! :) I love every bit of it! From the far you can see that this car is owned by an enthusiast!

One idea for "suger on top" effect - why not install sport-pack side skirts? They are cheap, understated but they add much to the overall visual balance!

'cause I don't like that much the sport-kit side skirts ...

Maybe I'll put a CupraR lip under the front bumper, like that, but that's all I think ;)

CupraR? Is it a perfect fit? It looks great!

No, but with some minors modifications (cut some bindings...), it fits perfectly ;)

It was about time to refurbish my GTA wheels on my daily drive 156! I decided to go for something special: two layer process with anthracite first and then special titanium effect as second layer (and we added a bit of extra shiny grains), ceramic lacquer on the end. The result is super-cool! :) Believe me, photos does not make justice to it!

The whole car has another style now just with the change of wheels color! I am very happy! :)

Nice! I like the color.

I'm not sure about the rear spoiler. Too much Supra for a 156?

The rear spoiler is a bit extreme but it's the original Alfa Romeo sport-pack accessory for 156 and I got it with the car. I like it now, at least it gives some personality to a rather common 156.

I was gonna quote Shakespeare. Then I decided that it would be creepy.

One more upgrade for my 156 Sportwagon... navy blue Momo leather interior and wooden steering wheel! :) Great seats, much better than the default ones.

The thing is that the car is in "luce di bosco" color (light gold), so with tan/cream seats there'll be no contrast at all. On the other hand, navy blue leather goes great with that exterior color (gold/blue)!
