Some of my favourite cars include these ...

First of is a picture of me and the wonderful Maserati A6 GCS Monofaro from 1947

This was taken before the start of the Mille Miglia last year.

Then it has to be Lamborghini

The fantastic 350 GT, the first production Lamborghini ever and

the sensational Muira S

Two great cars

Huh, it's easy to list some super-cars marques, I love Lamborghini and Maserati for that matter, but it's not easy to pick something among affordable cars domain that I'll consider instead of Alfa. Maybe Honda, I am not sure...

I always liked Saab. They have something special... But not the later Vectras. :( It's sad that it's bankrupt.

I thought this was about cars we really like.....

Sorry if I was going to buy a Honda ...it would be a motor bike.

As for Saab... well its the end of the road for them following the financial bankruptsy so those dreams are over.

If I could not have a Alfa I would want a Lambo, Maserati or Ferrari.

I aim high !!

I'd really like a Maserati GranSport. You can get it cheap, but running costs are astronomical.

I respect Porsche very much, but I'll never drive one. I have friends with GT2/3 and they are scary fast, but it's not "me". I think I have a problem with German cars in general. :)

as the years passing, i always appreciate the 911 Porsche. i 've heard so much about 911, good and bad.

3months ago, i had the opportunity to test a friend's of mine 911 997 (2002) with Acrapovitch exhausts and coilovers.

this is the best car ever driven by me. fast enough (not amazed by that, in respect with my Tb with 1.3bars, but faster), with great response in every situation. like a big kart. very precise.

it's the only car i ever drive on a mountain for first time witch made me have a so good feeling with it, that in 10minutes i turned off everything electronic thing. only engine, gear, chassis and ABS. Great car . i could say, that, there is no way for alfa romeo to construct a car such focused to the driver as the 911 of the last 15years.....unfortunately.

after that, i ve planed to shell one of my 916's, and replace her with a 911.

but, for now, it's difficult. i guess that i need 1year or so for doing that.

the 911, left me the sensation that is better than the Cayman. more....car.

Respect.

We'll see how 4C goes in that respect...

Alfa needs to go back to basics, otherwise they'll just turn into Seat.

It seems to me that Fiat doesn't know what to do. Or doesn't want. The result is the same...

..

the 4c, today, does not exist.

it was not present at the Geneva Show.

in any case, this car, is not comparable to the 911. typically or not.

the elise is the canditate to compete with 4c.

untill porsche release it's own small /lightweight /2-seater/ coupe/ downsized..(they say about 2years from now).

for me, alfa romeo has stopped being an alfa romeo after the 156 era.

i consider the 156, the last true alfa romeo.

the brera/mito etc, are nice cars, but i would never spend money to have them.

the great competitor for every new alfa romeo, is the car to replace..

the brera had the gtv, the 159 had the 156....bad luck.
